Chromium Projects are Image Processing specialists. We are dedicated to developing innovative solutions utilising the very latest digital imaging technology. We design bespoke imaging systems to solve unique customer problems and also undertake internally funded projects to develop more general purpose imaging products.
The team at Chromium Projects have been developing imaging and computer vision systems for over 20 years and over that period the available technology has changed tremendously. Now solutions are often based on industrial machine-vision cameras coupled to PC hardware. This allows solutions to be developed in shorter timescale and at lower costs than ever before. Ruggedised and environmentally housed equipment is also available ensuring solutions capable of surviving in the real-world are readily achievable.
